Along Lake Constance

Day 1: Arrival
Check in at your hotel in the Lake Constance region. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 2: Lindau and Meersburg
Continue to Lindau in the morning. During a sightseeing walk you will learn much about the island town. Starting at the harbour entrance with the Bavarian lion and lighthouse carry on past the splendid old guildhall to the lively Market Square and to St Stephen’s church. In the afternoon continue to Meersburg, where you will get to know the castle and the New Palace. Alternatively, you may visit the Zeppelin (blimp) Museum or the Museum of Archaeology with pile dwellings (both optional). Then return to your hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3: Isle of Mainau and Constance
First stop on today’s journey is Constance. Enjoy a boat trip on board the “White Fleet” to the Isle of Mainau, better known as the flower island. The gorgeous park and gardens with subtropical and tropical vegetation attract a lot of visitors every year. Return to your hotel for dinner and accommodation.

Day 4: Departure after Breakfast
We recommend a visit of the “Birnauer baroque church” before returning home.
