Day 1: Arrival at Dinkelsbühl/Nördlingen
Arrival at Dinkelsbühl in the afternoon where you will be warmly welcomed by the “Dinkelsbühler Zweigestirn” – the sutler and the solo trumpeter. Continue with a sightseeing tour of the medieval city centre of Dinkelsbühl. Dinner and accommodation in your hotel.
Day 2: Nördlingen – Donauwörth – Augsburg
Explore Nördlingen during a guided tour of the city. Continue your journey past the “Harburg”, a masterpiece of castle architecture, to Donauwörth, where you have plenty of time for a stroll. Proceed to the ancient Fugger town of Augsburg with its famous buildings such as the “Rathaus”, “Schäzler Palais”, “Zeughaus”, the Roman gothic Cathedral, “Ulrichsmünster”, “Dominikanerkirche” and, eventually, the “Fuggerei” – the oldest social housing project known, originally built by the Fuggers to accommodate the poor. Dinner and accommodation in your hotel.
Day 3: Departure after Breakfast
Be sure to visit some other locations along the Romantic Road before you set off home.
