According to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG, as a supplier of services we are responsible for our own contents according to general regulation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a supplier of services, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or recorded external information or to research circumstances that point to unlawful practice.
The obligation to delete or inhibit the use of information according to general regulation remains hereof unaffected. A liability concerning this matter will, however, be possible only after the point in time after a concrete violation of the law became known to us. If any violations of the law should become known to us, we will delete the respective contents immediately.
